HOW DO I GET A FLEET ACCOUNT?
The first step is to download and submit the Application for Fleet Account Eligibility.
This is a simple, one-page form where you will answer some basic
questions about your business, so that we can confirm your eligibility and set you up with the
right Fleet program for your needs.
Once you have been approved, Mazda will issue you a unique fleet identification number that you will use to place your orders and make Fleet Claims.
