The Mazda S-Plan Purchase Program is offered by Mazda North American Operations to encourage those individuals affiliated with Mazda products and services to drive a new Mazda product. It’s our way of saying thanks by offering special savings.

Mazda reserves the right to modify or discontinue the S-Plan Purchase Program at any time without notice.

Sponsors are responsible for managing their PIN allocation and making sure the customer follows the rules. If a customer fails to follow the rules, the Sponsor's Plan eligibility is at risk.

Customer Obligations:

• All Plan participants should immediately identify himself/herself to the dealer as being eligible for the S-Plan and present a copy of the printed PIN Certificate to the dealer.
• All Plan participants should schedule an appointment with their dealer of choice to maximize both the participant and dealers time.
• All Plan participants should schedule their appointment for vehicle test drives, purchase and delivery during the week. Plan participants should avoid weekends to maximize both the participant and dealers time.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS?

Mazda S-Plan Purchase Program transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Vehicles must be registered and titled only to the approved S-Plan participant or the immediate family members as identified under the heading "Who's Eligible for the S-Plan?"
• Vehicles may not be registered or titled in the name of a business.
• Vehicles must be retained in the customer's possession and registered as provided above for at least six months from the date of purchase or lease.
