Mazda believes students thrive when they discover their passions. That’s why Mazda launched the Be Moved Drive Program, which helps provide resources to meet the unique needs of schools across the country. For every qualified test drive at a registered event, Mazda donates $50 to the participating school, up to $10,000 per event, to help fund programs that directly support the students. The program reflects Mazda’s commitment to engaging with our communities, investing in our future, and empowering local students.
Since its launch, the Be Moved Drive Program has supported organizations, spanning from athletics and student development programs to cheer squads and advanced academics. Thanks to the support of Mazda’s local dealership partners, the program is on track to meet its goal of hosting 20 events and delivering over $150,000 by the end of its inaugural year in March.
“One of the things I love about the program is that all of the funds that are being raised in this program are going directly back to students – student programs, student events, student activities – it’s going right back to the kids, which is great,” said Kurt Karcich, school principal at Point Pleasant High School.
The Be Moved Drive Program embodies the Be Moved belief that education plays a vital role in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. Mazda is proud to support schools and students, one program at a time.
